Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizations they serve. I participated as a member of B United, the LGBTQ+ ERG. My contributions to this group varied from keeping track of budget to designing stickers and lanyards

Part of the work I did as a leadership member of the B United Employee Resource Group was to create “swag” and content to print on various items. Pictured to the right is:

Allyship: a lifelong process of building relationships based on trust, consistency, and accountability with marginalized individuals and/or groups of people.

In addition to the designs above, I created some designs specifically for people who do not identify as LGBTQ+ but still want to show their support as allies.
